Fable 3.

Never before had a mix of personal hype and great marketing let me down so much before. I got into Fable via the second one, and holy fuck did Fable 3 bomb. From the dumbing down of game mechanics that didnt even need to be changed to the introduction of new ones that just ruined the experience even more for me. Things like the expression wheel were made black and white. For example, when I encountered a bandit and they were introducing the expression wheel mechanics to me, the two choices were fart in his faceor kiss him. I can understand how the extreme of both sides would be funny, but throughout the game they keep you limited to only two choices per interaction. (Which is bad. Fable 2 had 50 to choose from at your will.)

Jesus Christ I could go on, but Angry Joe has a video that cover like 30 reasons why it sucks, and nails it. There are however waaaaaaaay more. Like story elements or like how all your weapons seem to evolve into dragon dildo-looking things, but yeah. There you go.
